Please fill out the below application to help us get to know you better.

After we receive your application, we will send you an email confirmation around 30 days before the market you applied for letting you know you are accepted to vend at the Rue de Rainey Market and what the next steps are. 

We DO NOT accept any vendors affiliated with direct sales companies. 

There is a $50 vending fee per 10x10 space. If you pay your vending fee more than 2 weeks before your market date (for example, if you pay before April 9th for the April 23rd market) we will offer you a discounted price of $40 per booth. If you are sharing a booth with another vendor, there is an additional $10 administration fee. If you vend out of a truck, there will be an additional fee depending on the size. Please first apply, then contact us at info@ruederaineymarket.com to solidify your spot.

  • You will need to provide a 10'x10' tent and weights for your space. If you do not have a tent you can rent one from us for $30. 
  • We also have 6ft tables available for a rental fee of $7 if you do not have access to one.
  • We only have a small quantity of tables and tents for rent so it is on a first come first serve basis. You can purchase the rentals under the 'Vendor Fee' tab. 

Vehicles will be allowed on the lot for load in and load out ONLY.  Rainey St offers many other parking options, and we would be happy to suggest a few, just shoot us an email!

Market hours 11:00am-5:00pm
Load out from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

RAIN POLICY

  • Rain happens! We do our best to look carefully at the weather and make the tough decision to continue as planned or cancel the market. In the case of rainy weather, we will make the call to cancel the market at 8:30am the day of the market. If you do not receive an email from us cancelling by 9:30am, then the market will carry on as scheduled. 
  • If we, the producer, decides to cancel the market, we will issue full refunds (or rollovers) to the participating vendors. 
  • If we do move forward and have the market as scheduled on a forecasted rainy day, vendors who drop out will NOT receive a refund.

FOOD VENDORS - Please note we can only accept you if your products are pre-packaged with an air tight seal.
